The main entrance to Porth yr Ogof cave from the small car park on the road to Ystradfellte.

The cave has 15 entrances and the main one is huge. There is a very deep and cold pool at the river exit which has claimed many lives.

Stout footwear is advisable and, unlike the Showcaves, the cave should only be entered by experienced cave divers.
